We had an amazing stay at this hotel near a beautiful lake surrounded by nature. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great too - we particularly enjoyed the playroom for kids with PlayStation, 24hr lounge with sofa, large TV and subscription movies, and the huge lawn with sports equipment for free use. The staff were also very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home and providing a tasty western-style breakfast.
Nothing.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with different dishes every day and prepared with so much care. the staff were very friendly and helpful and offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. the location was also stunning, with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji visible from some of the rooms.
The noise level was a bit high on the first night, as some late-arriving guests were quite loud. it was somewhat difficult to get to without a car, so it may not be the best option for those without their own transportation.

This family-run hostel is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by stunning views. The facilities are top-notch - there's a kids lounge with video games, 24-hour lounge area with a piano and card games, and a BBQ area. The breakfast is delicious, with different options every day. , the staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
You'll need a car to get around - the hostel is a bit remote. And while the rooms are clean and comfortable, they can be a bit noisy due to other guests arriving late at night.
